District Finals @ Mattoon - March 21

  • The quiz is at Mattoon.
  • If you (coaches or teens) have questions about the material you've studied, send them to me by Wednesday (3/18) so I have time to prepare to answer them.
  • Remember at this quiz I like to have quizzers and leaders share the things that have most impacted them as they've studied throughout the year. Please have your group start thinking about that.
  • Register your team(s) (after logging in).
    • Please register by 5:00pm on Thursday (3/19).
    • If you have 6 or more quizzers, register your teams the way you would prefer them to be split, but also e-mail me your other options (in case I need to split you 4-2 instead of 3-3, etc.).
  • Register any memory verse awards:
  • Bring any photo release forms that you haven't submitted yet.
  • Arrive by 9:30am.
  • The material being covered is Acts 1-28.
  • Lunch will be fried chicken, homemade mac-n-cheese with bacon, veggies, fruit, desserts, and drinks. Cost is $5.
  • Register for District Celebrate Life. All quizzers (except those in sixth grade) need to register since District Finals are part of Celebrate Life.
  • We will be selecting the district team to go to Regional/Field Celebrate Life. We will only have one team, but we will take at least six quizzers. Depending on other activities those quizzers are involved in, we may add a seventh. If your quizzers might possibly make the district team, please come prepared with their availability for practices.

Quiz @ Madison CrossPoint - January 10

  • The quiz is at Madison CrossPoint.
  • If you (coaches or teens) have questions about the material you've studied, send them to me by Wednesday (1/7) so I have time to prepare to answer them.

  • Lunch will be a baked potato bar at the church.
  • Consider attending the Lela Close Memorial Tournament.
  • Start thinking about Sterling (February 20-21, Acts 1-25).

Quiz @ Viroqua - November 8

  • The quiz is at Viroqua. Note that you will need to park on the street.
  • If you (coaches or teens) have questions about the material you've studied, send them to me by Thursday (11/6) so I have time to prepare to answer them.
  • Register your team(s) (after logging in).
    • Please register by 5:00pm on Thursday (11/6).
    • If you have 6 or more quizzers, register your teams the way you would prefer them to be split, but also e-mail me your other options (in case I need to split you 4-2 instead of 3-3, etc.).
  • Register your equipment.
  • Register any memory verse awards:

  • Coaches should collect t-shirt order forms and $15 payments prior to the quiz and bring them all together.
  • Arrive by 9:30am.
  • The material being covered is Acts 1-12.
  • Lunch is on your own. Feel free to bring food with you or plan to go out somewhere near the church.
  • As this is our last quiz before December, we will be selecting the district team to go to St. Louis.
    • We will take 1 team of 6 people.
    • After the round robin, we will do 3 rounds of Top 16.
    • The top 6 will be determined by taking each person's average from the preliminary rounds and adding it to his/her total from the Top 16 rounds.
  • Consider attending the Michigan Invitational and/or the Lela Close Memorial Tournament.
  • Start thinking about Sterling (February 20-21, Acts 1-25).
